PRIVACY & SAFETY

Private, safe and school-run.

Rules live in the code and in the database, so mistakes are fixed openly and children's data stays with the people who should see it.

Append-only points ledger
Nothing is edited or deleted. A correction adds a reversal row that points to the original award, with a reason.
Double taps award once
Each award form carries a unique request key, protected by a unique index in the database.
Verified parent links only
A parent sees a child only through a verified link, from a one-time invite code or the admission record.

Chats stay between teachers and guardians
Admins do not take part in parent chats and cannot read them.
Out of scope means Not Found
A page outside a user's scope behaves as if it does not exist. Nobody can promote anyone to Principal.
Rules enforced by the database
CHECK constraints on every status and role, unique indexes, and an audit log of sensitive actions.
